Please allow us one to two days to process your order. Within the United States, it will take your sahroo garment up to seven business days to arrive at your doorstep! For international orders, please allow up till three business days to receive your sahroo purchase.
Returns
E-Commerce Orders: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at yoohoo@sahroo.com. We accept returns on our garments within seven days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags on. We do not accept any returns on our jewelry pieces.
Custom Orders: Given the one-of-a-kind nature of custom orders (or those that have been modified or tailored to your specific measurements by an outside party) we cannot accept returns on these pieces. We hope that you understand our reasoning - no two bodies are exactly the same, and once fine fabrics like those we use at sahroo have been altered, it is difficult to impossible to reshape them once again without compromising the integrity and beauty of the piece.
